Engineering and fabrication
How we develop a part
- Define the function and the failure
What the part does, what broke, and why.
- Capture dimensions and specifications
From the original part, drawings or measurements.
- Set load and safety requirements
Safety-critical parts get a specification check.
- Choose material and process
The method that suits the part and the quantity.
- Prototype, inspect and fit-test
On a truck, before anything is produced.
- Release for production
Revisions are controlled, quantities authorized.
Methods
Depending on the part, that can mean CNC machining, laser cutting and welding, 3D printing, or adapting a commercial component. Electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, cab and mounting solutions are all in scope.
We confirm feasibility, cost and lead time only after a technical review of the part and the job it has to do. Customer drawings and files stay confidential.

MTVR hard door kitQuarter-inch aluminum doors with removable upper halves, designed to bolt on in place of soft doors.
Defroster vent insertsMade in the USA with tighter tolerances than the factory part, so the vents stay where you set them.
Bracket for a customer MK30A1A mounting bracket modeled in CAD for a customer’s MTVR dump truck project.
