Who we are
Run by people who work on these trucks
Southeast Military Equipment L.L.C. is based in Gainesville, Georgia and run by Dylan Mulka. We own, repair and part out military trucks. Repair work covers 1990-and-newer military vehicles plus the M939A2 series, with the Oshkosh MTVR as our preferred platform and the LVSR close behind.
Alongside the shop work we sell parts in four clearly stated conditions, program and rebuild Caterpillar C12 and 3126 ECMs, build configured diagnostic laptops, develop replacement parts when the originals are no longer available, and run EMS Web, our web-based technical manual system.
Our job is to identify what a component is, find or build a sound replacement, help diagnose the system, and stay reachable after the sale.
How we work
Conditions stated plainly
Every part is listed as new, NOS, remanufactured or used take-out. We say what we inspected and tested, and what we do not know.
Checked before quoted
Fitment, ECM serviceability and diagnostic coverage are technical claims. We check the specific part, module or truck before we commit to them.
Reachable after the sale
Diagnostic kits include 60 days of setup and troubleshooting help, and parts and service questions get answered by email.

What we do not sell
No weapons, ammunition or explosives
International orders go through a compliance review of the item, destination, end user and end use.
